Refund policy
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). All orders ship via UPS or USPS with standard delivery times of 2-3 business days. At checkout, you may select UPS Next Day Delivery (1 business day) for expedited shipping. Please note that business days exclude weekends, and no weekend delivery is available for any shipping method.
Returns Process
To return an item, please visit our 'Contact Us' page and submit a message explaining your return reason. One of our support specialists will respond to your inquiry and assist with processing returns for orders placed within 14 days of purchase.
We provide refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, products must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
⠀Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please be aware that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products.
Inventory & Back Orders
We strive to maintain all products in stock for immediate shipment. However, due to popularity and high demand, some products may occasionally become back-ordered. We will promptly notify you if this occurs. Available items will be shipped immediately, and store credit will be provided for temporarily unavailable items.
Shipping Information
We proudly deliver to destinations throughout the United States. Tracking numbers are automatically assigned and provided at checkout, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We are committed to ensuring your products arrive safely and efficiently.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Peradia is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers. If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect shipping information
- Customer absence during delivery attempts
- Package exceeding maximum hold time at a pick-up location
⠀The customer will be fully responsible for any redelivery costs. Peradia cannot be held liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping details. No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect address information.
Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please carefully review all shipping and order details before completing your purchase.
