Shipping policy

All orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. We proudly ship to destinations throughout the United States. Tracking numbers are automatically assigned and provided at checkout, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We strive to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently, providing a seamless delivery experience for our valued customers.

In cases of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, Peradia will not be held responsible for delivery issues. If a package cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect shipping information
• Customer not being home for delivery
• Package exceeding the maximum hold time at a pick-up location

The customer will be fully responsible for any redelivery costs incurred. Peradia cannot be held liable for packages that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued if any portion of the shipping address is incorrect.

Additionally, once an order has been submitted, no modifications or cancellations can be made to the order. Customers are advised to carefully review all shipping and order details before completing their purchase.
